Welcome to your fitness journey with Nick! Does your back hurt? Do you have tight hips? Have you been told Pilates is good for you? Try a class or private session with me to discover a fun and effective way to get you on the right path all in the comfort of your own home.
Personal Session or Join a class
Is your body restricting you? Do you want to build your core & increase your flexibility? No matter if you are a beginner or more experienced join me and I will do my best to help you start your journey to making your fitness not only achievable but fun!
Have one of the following options (or both):
Online personal Pilates session, where we go through your own individual goal, figure out how your specific body type works and the best way to a better you.
Online Pilates Class, join others (max 8 people) for a fun online class that will challenge you, make you laugh and make you feel that you are working.
Classes are held on the following days and UK times, (Please note there is a min 5 attendees & max 8 attendees).
Mondays - 18.30pm (1 hour)
Wednesdays - 18.30pm (1 hour)
Saturdays - 9.30am (1 hour)

Also when I visit the UK, in person sessions will also be available contact me for more details.
Enjoy a 1 on 1 personal training session with me, where we go through your particular goals, the way your body works and together we can achieve what you want.
If you are visiting north Johannesburg you can now have an in person pilates session where I will guide you through your session in person. Also when I visit the UK you can book an in session person session too.
Who is Nick?
My name is Nick and I started my Pilates journey back in 2008. I started attending classes in the UK to help with the dancing I was doing at the time, over the period of 2 years I became to love Pilates due to what it had done for me made me by making me stronger, flexible and in less pain.
I then had a calling to show people the benefits of Pilates so I attended a course with my teacher the lovely Stella Nash, who taught me over the period of a year how to teach and instruct this wonderful practice.
So over 17 years later I am proud to still teach people the ways of Pilates to better themselves and achieve the their own fitness and health goals.
